Think Big programme

Sixth Form students at Sutherland House School have had an inspiring start to the school year thanks to a project with the Nottingham Forest Community Trust.

They took part in the Think Big programme, which was run by the Trust in collaboration with Ideagen and aims to connect young people to the world of tech and opportunity.

Over the course of four weeks students took part in an assembly and three workshops, which were run by Arron Cuttriss from the Trust. The students were able to learn about how technology is being used in sport and got an insight into the opportunities in the gaming industry.

Having taken part in the programme, students now have the option to connect with Ideagen ambassadors and take part in work experience. It helps give the young people a sense of belonging in the community and introduce them to the world of work.
